Student Resources

Student Employees

Looking for employment? Check for available positions around campus. If you are interested in a position within the department, watch for grader positions around the beginning of each semester or ask a faculty member if they have any research opportunities available in their labs.

Reporting time:  Most student hourly employees will clock in and out using the Web Clock. Instructions on how to do so can be found here (pdf). If you forget to clock in or out, contact Ramia with the correct times. Note that your hours reported should reflect the actual times worked (e.g., you cannot remain clocked in to "make up" for time that you forgot to report earlier in the week).

Mailboxes & Printers

Departmental mailbox and printer (MFDs/multi-function devices) locations are listed below. Faculty and GTAs should have automatic access to print from KU-owned computers. Contact IT to request assistance setting up a printer on a personal device, or to troubleshoot any other printing issues. Faculty, GTAs and UTAs may submit print requests to the Welcome Center using the online Print Request form
